Intl. Payroll Administration Coordinator (Comp&Ben) 60-100%

To join a small professional HR team to support Global Mobility Administration (compensation items, tax, social security support as well as relocation management).

Key Responsibilities:
• Administration of compensation data including reporting, controlling and compliance checks in collaboration with Finance, HR and Tax department
• Contribute to maintain the required level of the professionalism of HR function
• Assisting the Global Mobility Manager to ensure quality, consistency and process adherence

Key Qualifications:
• Apprenticeship (KV, HS) or higher HR administration
• First or more experience within HR and/or Finance
• High level of client orientation
• Motivated self-starter, result-oriented
• Good communication and networking skills
• High endurance combined with a flexible "can do" attitude
• Excellent command of MSO programs, in particular Excel
• Fluency in German and English, Advanced level
