Accountant (80–100%)

  • Accounting management of our three Swiss companies, bookings up to the year-end closing, which is carried out in cooperation with the trustee company
  • Invoicing of clients for our three companies
  • Billing of accounts payable to the corresponding projects
  • Payment of invoices for our three companies
  • Internal bookkeeping between the three companies, as well as our two UK companies
  • Cooperation with the project managers for the budgeting and accounting of projects
  • Processing and payment of expense reports
  • Manage the complex VAT settlements and assist our foreign clients in the VAT recovery process
  • Preparation of regular and ad-hoc financial analyses and reports
  • Support in the digital transformation process for financial tasks


  • Commercial education (KV) and at least 3 years relevant experience, ideally within an international environment, further education in Accounting is an advantage
  • Able to work as part of a team as well as independently within a dynamic matrix
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Very good organisational and relationship building skills
  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Solid user experience with ERP software, ideally Abacus
  • Very good working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Office 365, SharePoint
